Hi, I’m Ekaterina — though most people know me as Katya — founder of Treeline Coaching. I’m a clarity coach and thinking partner for people navigating complexity — whether personal, professional, or relational. My work is rooted in calm depth, clear reflection, and strategic movement. Like a mountain forest wrapped in mist, clarity doesn’t always appear all at once — but step by step, the path emerges. I help individuals and organizations in reconnecting with what’s true for them — and making aligned, grounded decisions from that place.

Before this, I worked in consulting and data science — translating complexity into insight and structure. That foundation still shapes my coaching approach today: analytical yet intuitive, systems-aware yet deeply human.

I have always been the person friends and peers turned to in times of “I don’t know what to do”. What I’ve learned is that most people don’t need to be fixed — they just need space, reflection, and intelligent support to hear what‘s already inside.

My own life has moved through transitions — across countries, identities, industries, and ways of being. I know what it’s like to feel stuck between logic and intuition, between doing what makes sense and what actually feels aligned.

So I do this work now — to create the kind of space I wish I had in those turning points. Clear, calm, and powerfully honest. I help people connect the dots. I am a systems thinker and observer. I sense what people can not always articulate and guide them through.

Clarity isn’t about control. It’s about returning to what’s already real — and learning to trust it again.
