Hi, I’m Ekaterina - though most people know me as Katya - life coach & counsellor, founder of Treeline Coaching. In my work, I bring in my experience in sports and business to everyday life topics that are relevant for all.
Through applying my own lived experience and observations from high-performance sports environments in my coaching, I help people make value-aligned choices and get to calm clarity. I help individuals and organisations build sustainable systems that perform while staying in balance.
I guide people from mental fog to mountain clarity.
My story prior to coaching spans around the experience of being a youth athlete (tennis player), strategy consultant, and data scientist. Coaching and counselling through the lens of professional sports is a project that beautifully binds these backgrounds and competencies. This journey allows me to mix high-performance mindset, business insight, and deep curiosity towards humans.
I’m convinced that the insights and approaches from the mental game in sports, combined with a business perspective and coaching lens may produce valuable lessons for everybody who wants to build a life (and career) with balance, flow, and curiosity.
My Method
Every sports match is like a mini-life. And life is like a sports match. My sports & life coaching process is organised just like a sports match, and we live through this “Life Match” together.
Framework “Life Match”
- First Handshake [30-min Intro Call]
- Meet and greet each other
- Discuss the coaching process, address questions, and assess potential fit
- Warm-up [Sessions 1-2]
- Explore and formulate the learning question
- Get to know each other and explore how we feel with each other
- Build trust and connect
- Formulate the desired outcomes
- The Game [Sessions 3-5]
- The Inner Game (focus on what happens inside)
- The System (explore and build your own sustainable system)
- Post-match Cooldown & Reflection [Session 6]
- Key observations & insights
- Potential next steps
- Feedback exchange - mutual learning
Clarity isn’t about control. It’s about returning to what’s already real — and learning to trust it again.
