Career for me is more than just a function or source of stability. It’s about my true self, it’s about meaning. It’s important for me to feel the fulfillment from what I do.

I want to create, think, and talk. I want to share my reflections and my way of looking at things. I want to ask questions to prompt others to find their own answers. And I want people to find answers in my reflections.

My whole life, I’ve thought I knew myself. I did. However, that was only a part of me – the “adapted child” part. I’ve been working hard to be someone. Someone who’d be perceived as a “good “person: reliable, responsible, loyal, polite, and organised.

I’ve been getting more and more clarity on my journey as a coach and as a person. The more I work with clients and notice what doing this job touches in me, the more dots get connected for me.

We are all systems, and we live in multiple bigger systems. We all have different parts of ourselves, “voices” in our heads, many feelings and thoughts – the whole world inside every individual. Our bodies are systems.

I’m okay – just the way I am. I don’t need to fix myself. I don’t need to be in a constant fight. I don’t need to be stuck in reflections on what needs to change.
