Building a Career That Matters

Career for me is more than just a function or source of stability. It’s about my true self, it’s about meaning. It’s important for me to feel the fulfillment from what I do.

I want to feel the fulfillment not from external validation, not from logic, but from the deep sense of meaning. It’s not a conventional path of going with the flow, it’s not a life of the majority of people with a 9-to-5 job. It’s different for me, it’s my truth. Even if it’s not what people expect me to do, even though it feels risky and scary. Even if from the outside it doesn’t make sense at times. It does for me, that’s what I feel from the inside.

It took me time to learn to trust that feeling. That’s what lightens me up and what helps me expand. People are my biggest interest. Myself – I am my biggest interest. I have endless curiosity and energy towards people: how different they are, what’s behind the words. I want to understand, I want to explore and uncover what their true desires are. I feel a deep pleasure when I am able to understand myself better and when I can help others understand themselves and grow. I sense and notice many things that not everyone can see, I make connections that are not always obvious. I can see people lighten up, reconnect to their true selves, I can feel the fire getting warmer inside, there’s energy and openness, there’s curiosity to explore, there’s more ability to connect to the outside world.

I want to help people as individuals and society to live in more compassion, openness, and curiosity. I want to help people make aligned choices.
