Change
For a large part of my life, I’d looked at change as something you decide and make happen. So you assess your current state, identify what you want to change and how that should be instead.
This is a space for my thoughts and insights. You can meet me through them. You may also find validation and support in them.
Often, in our busy lives, we get stuck in stress and mental loops. We push ourselves to be better – a better person, partner, employee, parent, or even a pet owner. In this race, there’s a risk of losing touch with our needs and desires. Not the big 5-year goals, but our needs TODAY.
The concept of balance has been the red line for me throughout life, whenever there was a moment of reflection (which happens fairly often for me).
