Who am I? What do I want? What will I never agree to? Until the age of 25, I thought I knew it all: I felt confident, self-reliant, and free.
Often, in our busy lives, we get stuck in stress and mental loops. We push ourselves to be better – a better person, partner, employee, parent, or even a pet owner. In this race, there’s a risk of losing touch with our needs and desires. Not the big 5-year goals, but our needs TODAY.
The concept of balance has been the red line for me throughout life, whenever there was a moment of reflection (which happens fairly often for me).
