Terms & Conditions

By booking a session or engaging with services offered by Treeline Coaching, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Services & Packages

    • Single Sessions: Billed at €70 (VAT included) per session, payable in full before the start of the call.
    • 6-Session Package: Billed at a discounted rate of €360 (VAT included), payable upfront.
    • Validity: All sessions in a 6-session package must be used within 6 months of the purchase date.
    • Booking & Payment Terms: All sessions must be booked in advance through the booking system. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. By scheduling the first session to occur within 14 days, the client is requesting the service to begin immediately.

  2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

    • 24-Hour Rule: If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
    • No-Shows: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed entirely, will be charged in full and cannot be refunded or rescheduled. I allow 15 minutes for the client to show up.

  3. Refund Policy

    • Package Refunds: If you choose to stop our coaching journey before completing your 6 sessions, the sessions you did attend will be recalculated at the Single Session Rate (€60). The remaining balance will then be refunded to you.
    • Example: If you stop after 2 sessions €360 - (2 x €70) = €220 refund.
    • Refunds are not available after the 4th session has been completed.

  4. How to Cancel & Get a Refund

    • If you wish to cancel your package and request a refund for unused sessions, send an email to treelinecoaching@gmail.com with the subject “Refund Request.” I will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)

    • By booking a session that occurs within the next 14 days, you agree that the service begins immediately.You waive the right to a refund for any sessions already performed during the standard 14-day cooling-off period.

  6. Confidentiality

    • All sessions are held in confidentiality. Any notes or records are stored securely. As an Academy for Coaching and Counselling diploma holder, I adhere to the Academy for Coaching and Counselling Code of Ethics and Conduct.

  7. Professional Disclaimer

    • Life coaching is a partnership for personal development. It is not a substitute for medical, mental health, or psychiatric treatment.
    • All decisions and actions taken as a result of coaching or clarity sessions are the responsibility of the client. You agree that Treeline Coaching (by Katya Kuznetsova) is not liable for outcomes or decisions made based on session content.

  8. Intellectual Property

    • All materials shared during sessions or in downloadable resources remain the property of Treeline Coaching (by Katya Kuznetsova) and may not be copied, republished, or sold without permission.
