Terms & Conditions

By booking a session or engaging with services offered by Treeline Coaching, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided
   • Coaching, clarity sessions, and workshops are provided for personal insight, growth, and strategic support. These are not medical, psychological, or legal services, and do not replace therapy or professional healthcare.
2. Booking & Payment Terms
   • All sessions must be booked in advance through the booking system. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Introductory pricing may apply for a limited period.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
   • You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be refunded. No-shows are non-refundable (I allow 15 minutes for the client to show up).
4. Confidentiality
   • All sessions are held in confidentiality. Any notes or records are stored securely. As an Academy for Coaching and Counselling diploma holder, I adhere to the Academy for Coaching and Counselling Code of Ethics and Conduct.

5. Client responsibility
   • All decisions and actions taken as a result of coaching or clarity sessions are the responsibility of the client. You agree that Treeline Coaching (by Katya Kuznetsova) is not liable for outcomes or decisions made based on session content.
6. Intellectual Property
   • All materials shared during sessions or in downloadable resources remain the property of Treeline Coaching (by Katya Kuznetsova) and may not be copied, republished, or sold without permission.
